Feed Additives

Lysine Sulphate 70% (Feed Grade)

Lysine Sulphate is one of the essential amino acids that cannot be synthesized in the animal body.
It ensures the weight gain of animals and birds by 9-25%, increases the egg production rate of chickens by 8-10%. Feed Lysine helps to strengthen the bones of animals and birds, as it increases the level of calcium and phosphorus assimilation, stimulates the production of red blood cells – red blood cells – which provide internal organs with sufficient oxygen.

Lysine Sulphate 70%

Nutritional Values:

  • It has retained bacterial cell mass which provides 0.35% additional lysine than Lysine HCL
  • It contains other essential amino acid-like methionine, arginine, threonine and sulphur and phosphorus along with the lysine

Use and Dosage of addition :

The dosage should be determined on the basis of the required lysine amount of such animals under the current growth phase. In general, the addition proportion in complete feed is 0.3-1.0%. When using in concentrate feed or premix, the dosage should be estimated  based on the  complete feed formulation prepared.

Packaging:

Lysine HCL

L-Lysine Mono hydrochloride (Feed Grade)

Features of the product

L-Lysine Monohydrochloride (Feed Grade) is a widely used Amino acid. It cannot be synthesized in the body of animals and must be supplied directly from the feed. Therefore, it is called “The first limiting amino acid”.

  • To improve the meat quality and the increase in lean meat percentage
  • To improve the usage of protein and decrease the dose of rough protein in the feed
  • To decrease the cost of feed and increase the economic results.

Specifications: 25kg

Shelf-life: 24 months

Storage and transport: Store in cool, dry, airy, and pollution-free in-door place. Prevent from rain and sunshine. Keep away from toxic, hazardous, and corrosive substances. Avoid direct contact with floor and wall while storing. Handle with care.

L-Threonine 98.5 %( Feed Grade)

Features of the product

An amino acid used with feed grade L-Lysine greatly improves the usage of feed and provide more comprehensive nutrition for animals. It helps to:

  • Balance amino acid in feed and improve livestock growth.
  • Improve the meat quality by improving the nutritional value of raw materials which are of low amino acid digestibility;
  • Reduce the nitrogen in the excretion of animals and ammonia concentration in animal house, which helps improve immunity of young livestock and poultry
  • Improve the utilization ratio of feed nitrogen to save the protein and low down the feed cost

Specifications: 25kg

Shelf-life: 36 months

DL Methionine

DL-Methionine (Feed grade)

Features of product

DL-Methionine (Feed Grade) is approved for use in all animal species. Particularly in monogastric, it ensures the adequate supply of sulphur amino acids, especially of the essential methionine.

  • It improves the bird’s ability to absorb amino acids in the intestines.
  • It plays a role in immune responses and also helps in regulating oxidative stress.
  • Most raw materials commonly used in broiler feed formulations are low in Methionine, making it first limiting amino acid in broiler diets globally.

Storage and transport: Store in cool, dry, airy, and pollution-free in-door place. Prevent from rain and sunshine. Keep away from toxic, hazardous, and corrosive substances. Avoid direct contact with floor and wall while storing. Handle with care.

Choline Chloride Corn Cob 60% Powder (Feed Grade)

Features of product

Choline chloride corn cob base is obtained by spraying and thoroughly mixing choline chloride liquid on a selected corn cob meal and then trying to lower moisture content.

Choline is an absolutely necessary basic part of human beings and animals. It is normally regarded as Vitamin B4, which belongs to the Vitamin B group. Choline Chloride is from artificial synthesis easily dissolves in water.

As one kind of Vitamin, Choline plays vital basic roles that cannot be completely replaced by other materials.

1. A component of the Cell Membrane
2. facilitates the catabolism of fat and reduce the risk of fatty liver
3. Transmits neural signals

Storage and transport: Store in cool, dry, airy, and pollution-free in-door place. Prevent from rain and sunshine. Keep away from toxic, hazardous, and corrosive substances. Avoid direct contact with floor and wall while storing. Handle with care.

Choline Chloride 605
Layer Vitamin Premix

Layer vitamin premix-180320

The Layer vitamin premix-180320 is designed to provide our bird with all their nutritional needs.

  • Special attention has been paid to the needs of the bird and to the various changes arising from reasons such as genetic lines on the one hand, and adaptation to the needs of the market on the other hand, while also considering the type of raw material in the feed and the effect of changing seasons, different animal physiologies, etc.
  • The deficient composition of vitamin premixes tends to harm the animals’ health and cause a reduction in productivity, which is then negatively reflected in the economic results.

We also manufacture and tailor our products to the customer’s needs.

OUR BENEFITS:

  • Expert nutritionists with over two decades of experience in the field of poultry nutrition. Dedicated quality control laboratory. The cornerstone of our quality control process, where all raw materials and finished premixes are tested to assure top quality
  • Under the highest industry standards.
  • Innovative Controlled manufacturing system operated by highly experienced specialists
  • Separate production line for compounds containing medications
  • And most importantly – top tier, service-oriented and highly experienced personnel. The requirement varies among animal species and is influenced by other factors such as:
